Thank you for selecting Andeler Power as your retail electric provider. If the Transmission and Distribution Utility has determined meter tampering has occurred at a premise/address or the prior occupant set up deferred payments but failed to fulfill the arrangements, there will be a Switch Hold on that premise/address which prohibits the current customer from switching to a new retail electric provider. If you are applying for new service at a premise/address with a Switch Hold and you are not associated with the current customer at that premise/address, you will be required to complete and return to Andeler Power a New Occupant Statement along with one of the following: A. Copy of signed lease B. Affidavit of landlord C. Closing documents D. Certificate of occupancy or E. Utility bill, in the customer's name, dated within the last two months from a different premise/address Andeler Power will forward this information to the Transmission and Distribution Utility and request that they remove the Switch Hold so that your Move-In request can be processed.

The ESI ID number will be completed by Andeler Power once the forms are returned to our office. All other information is required and must be completed, including your signature, in order to process your request.
